  • You understand and agree that content created on the platform functions as part of a shared creative marketplace.

Rights & Licenses

Your rights

You are free to use content you create on Make A Miniature for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. We do not restrict how you use your creations outside the platform.

License to Make A Miniature

By using the Service, you grant Make A Miniature a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to:

  • Host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute User Content
  • Use User Content in marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional materials (including Meta and Google advertising platforms)
  • Showcase User Content as examples of the Service

This license exists to operate, promote, and grow the platform and does not prevent you from using your content elsewhere.

Intellectual Property Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you create or generate does not infringe the rights of third parties.

Make A Miniature does not guarantee that generated content is free from third-party intellectual property claims. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

Ordering Physical Miniatures

  • Any user may order a physical miniature based on any content available on the platform.
  • Ordering a physical miniature does not grant ownership or exclusivity over the underlying design.
  • Fulfillment timelines, materials, and final output may vary.
  • All sales are subject to availability and production constraints.

Payments & Refunds

Payments for tokens, subscriptions, and physical products are processed through third-party payment providers.

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Advertising & Promotion

Make A Miniature may promote the Service using User Content across:

  • Social media platforms
  • Paid advertisements
  • Website marketing materials

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this promotional use.

Service Availability & Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Make A Miniature’s total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
