Are the miniatures physical or digital?+
Both. Generate images and 3D files instantly, then order high-detail resin prints shipped straight to your table.
Can I buy physical minis?+
Yes. Physical minis can be purchased by anyone for any eligible 3D model on the site. No subscription required. Tokens aren't used for printing; Stripe shows the current print price, shipping, and taxes at checkout.
Can I order a painted mini?+
Yes. Our 25mm Heroes & Villains minis are available unpainted or hand-painted. Choose the painted finish when ordering your physical mini. Fireside Miniatures paints the resin print by hand, and checkout shows the current price, shipping, and taxes.
Who paints the miniatures?+
Fireside Miniatures, also known as Fireside Minis, is the painter behind our hand-painted miniatures. You create the character on Make a Miniature, and Fireside paints the physical resin print by hand. Visit our About Fireside Minis page to see the portfolio and learn more.
Can I choose the colors for my painted mini?+
Yes. Choose your character's colors when building your mini. Fireside Miniatures uses those colors as the reference for painting your physical resin miniature by hand.
Can Fireside Miniatures paint a mini I already own?+
Yes. Fireside accepts painting inquiries for minis from Make a Miniature or elsewhere. Contact firesideminiatures@gmail.com to discuss your project, pricing, and availability. No purchase from Make a Miniature is required.
Can I use a free mini coupon for a painted mini?+
No. Free mini coupons can only be used for unpainted 25mm Resin StudioPrint Minis. They cannot be used for painted minis or larger sizes. Choose an unpainted 25mm mini to redeem your coupon; shipping and handling still apply.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes, we ship internationally. You’ll choose your shipping country before Stripe checkout: US destinations get standard/express options, while all other countries (including Canada) use the international rate. Any duties, taxes, or customs fees are your responsibility. If you can’t select a country at checkout, we can’t ship there yet.
How do tokens and pricing work?+
Start with a free allotment of tokens, then top up with token packs when you need more. Physical minis are billed at checkout.
Do Tokens expire?+
No—tokens never expire. If you pay for tokens, you keep them until you use them; we’ll never claw back what you’ve already bought. We try to stay pretty lawful good about it.
Can I remix other creators' minis?+
Yes. Browse the public gallery, click Remix, tweak the prompt or gear, and save a personalized version for your campaign.
Can I download my files for home printing?+
Absolutely. Download hero shots, turnaround sheets, and eligible 3D files to print at home or import into virtual tabletops.
Do I own the minis I generate?+
You keep broad usage rights per our Terms, including streaming, merch, and campaign content. Please respect third-party IP.
